Workstreet is seeking a Security Questionnaire Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, completing, and ensuring the accuracy of security questionnaires on behalf of our clients. You will leverage Workstreet’s AI-powered RAG-based system to efficiently process responses while collaborating directly with clients when additional information is needed. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in security, compliance, or vendor risk assessments, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage security questionnaires from intake to completion.
- Accurately complete security questionnaires on behalf of clients using Workstreet’s AI-driven system.
- Validate and ensure all questionnaire responses align with client security practices and industry standards.
- Engage directly with clients to obtain missing or clarifying information when needed.
- Ensure completed questionnaires are reviewed, finalized, and returned to the original requester on time.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in security, compliance, risk management, or vendor risk assessments.
- Ability to analyze and interpret security-related questions and respond accurately.
- High attention to detail and the ability to track multiple questionnaires simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or other security frameworks.
- Experience working with AI-based tools for document processing or security compliance.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
- Prior work in a fast-paced, startup, or tech environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to work during US Eastern Time zone hours.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
