Compliance Analyst and Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst and Project Manager to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulated industries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure company compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with external teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Communicate directly with clients in the US via text, email, and phone to address compliance concerns and provide support
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to compliance standards
Must-have Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to work directly with clients in the US
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience working in regulated industries and a passion for compliance
- Familiarity with understanding and enforcing policies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of or experience with SOC 2 compliance
- Experience working in a tech company
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirements:
- Ability to work during US Eastern Time zone hours
- Fluency in written and spoken English
